Asset Management (Service Area)
With staff comprised of former owners, managers, and operators of public and private infrastructure, JMT provides a unique owner perspective to asset management. JMT’s asset management framework focuses on assisting owners with developing uniform strategies for asset inspection, maintenance, and replacement that consider costs and prioritization. We work with owners to identify performance targets and criticality; periodically assess and analyze asset condition information; and plan for the end of the useful life of an asset with consideration of budgetary requirements. JMT combines our practical knowledge with support for a variety of technology solutions and services to assist our customers with long-term planning, capital improvement plan development, and life cycle asset management.
