  • Documentation – document calls to the helpdesk, procedures for end users and new technology as needed
  • HelpDesk Support – answer HelpDesk calls and assist or escalate as necessary
  • Computer Deployment – Image, configure and deliver computers

 

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Qualified candidate would be working toward a bachelors degree in Information systems or related Information Technology curriculum

 

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 80 to 90% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
