Virtual Spaces - State College Connector Virtual Meeting

JMT Technology Group created a virtual meeting room that allowed the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to host a virtual public meeting where the environmental, engineering and traffic data related to the proposed improvements to the State College Connector could be publicly displayed. The meeting format replicated a traditional meeting room where attendees could virtually walk among various stations. Each station contained a set of boards that could be viewed or downloaded along with a narrative for the station which would be heard or read by the attendees. Finally, attendees were given an opportunity to provide comments at the end of the meeting room by downloading a form to send in or using an electronic survey form link also provided within the meeting room.
