Asset Management Coordinator - Data Coordinator - Hunt Valley, Maryland

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, experience in building relationships at all levels, and familiarity with asset management in a government setting.  

Compensation for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Provide program management and task coordination services for a variety of asset management initiatives
  • Collect and organize asset inventory data for integration into the agency-selected software from quarterly AM inventory reviews with the client
  • Extraction of conditional ratings data from inspection reports for Agency selected software assimilation 
  • Assistance with data collection from long-term planning initiatives 
  • Collaboration with transit agency Asset Owners to acquire asset data
  • Site visits to various facilities as needed 
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
  • Support the development of asset management plans and programs
  • Support asset management data analysis, interpretation, and visualization 
  • Support data governance efforts for transportation and infrastructure assets 
  • Prepare presentations and other supporting materials as requested

Required Experience
